3. Orders and Payments

We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. Sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout where applicable. Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed promptly and cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Shipping

• We only ship within the United States.

• All orders are shipped via USPS with appropriate packaging to ensure item safety.

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

• Once an order has shipped, AdamPoke.com is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Refunds and Returns

Refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

• The item was damaged during shipping, or

• The item was not as described on the website.
  To be eligible for a refund:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at adampokesales@gmail.com.

• Items must be unopened and in original condition.

Opened items, changed minds, or buyer’s remorse will not qualify for returns or refunds.
