We want you to be happy with your order! If something isn't right, here's what you need to know:

✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns if:

• The item is damaged during shipping

• The item was not as described
  

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened items

• Buyer’s remorse

• Orders that have already been processed/shipped

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery at adampokesales@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.

Once your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method.
